To utilize the mood tracking dashboard, you are required to register an account using a valid email address and password.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, use offensive nicknames, or engage in malicious activity that disrupts database services.

3. Authorized Use and Limits

My Mood Wrapped provides interactive annual contribution charts for personal mindfulness.

  • You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks on our server infrastructure.
  • You may not use our brand assets, logo, or proprietary grid styling to create derivative commercial products without our prior written consent.
  • You may freely export and share your personal colored mood grids (using the built-in png export features) on social media or private messaging services.

4. Content and Ownership

You retain absolute ownership of all mood scores, journal notes, and personal connection groups you log on this platform. My Mood Wrapped does not claim any ownership rights over your recorded personal experiences. You grant us a limited, technical, royalty-free license to host and transmit your data strictly as required to render the application to you and your authorized connections (e.g. your selected Friends list).

5. Disclaimer of Medical Liability

IMPORTANT: My Mood Wrapped is a self-reflective visualization tool. It is NOT a medical device, a therapeutic diagnostic platform, or a replacement for professional psychological advice, clinical counseling, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, severe depression, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact your local emergency services or standard mental health crisis hotlines immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

My Mood Wrapped is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the creators, developers, or affiliates of My Mood Wrapped be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) arising out of the use, inability to use, or data loss associated with our database services.
